When you think of children pretending, you might think of them playing “house” or having “tea parties” with Ms. Nesbitt (we couldn’t miss a Toy Story reference). For young Sarah Beth Thigpen, whose first Walt Disney World trip was at two weeks old, she would play “travel agent” by printing off hotel information and creating itineraries for her pretend clientele. As she grew up, Sarah Beth started using those practiced skills to meticulously plan her family’s annual trips to Walt Disney World: down to what she was going to order at each restaurant. Sarah Beth’s passion for planning out experiences and traveling has allowed her and her husband (who also loves Disney!) to have the most amazing adventures. Together, they have not only been to Walt Disney World but to Disney Parks Around the World (including Disneyland & California Adventure, Hong Kong Disneyland, Disneyland Paris, Tokyo Disneyland & Tokyo DisneySea). Even with all those destinations, if you ask her what her favorite is, Sarah Beth will tell you that there’s nothing like the sights, sounds, and smells of Main Street. It’s her happy place. A place where you feel like the most important person on the planet. Finding that kind of euphoria during a trip is what Sarah Beth Thigpen has perfected throughout her whole life, and she can’t wait to help you find that same happiness on your family trips—wherever in the world that might be!

  • Has a degree in elementary education from the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!) and a master’s degree in special education

  • Met her husband in the third grade

  • Currently loves living in a place where she can visit Walt Disney World, drive to a cruise port, and see rocket launches from her backyard
