About Sarah
Ever since she was little, Sarah Glass always wanted to be a Disney artist and work alongside fellow long-time Disney fans. Her parents would tell you she learned to read by watching Disney Sing-Alongs. In sixth grade, Sarah would pause VHS Disney movies, take frame-by-frame pictures, and throw them in a PowerPoint to create short movie clips (what we would now call GIFs). Her love of Disney continued to grow as she did; especially when Sarah was able to take her eldest daughter to Walt Disney World for the first time to see Mickey Mouse. Mickey had his arms wide open for Sarah’s running, teetering almost-two-year-old and…she abruptly stopped to lay on her stomach on the floor. Embarrassed, Sarah and her husband tried to encourage her daughter to stand up, but Mickey didn’t mind at all. He just sat down next to her. When she worked her way up to a crouch next to him, Mickey gave her high fives and let her examine him up close. All her daughter’s uneasiness vanished and was replaced with glee and magic. It was the moment Sarah fell in love with Walt Disney World. Because sometimes things don’t go the way you think; it turns out better. So while Sarah hasn’t worked at Walt Disney Animation Studios, she loves being on a team of amazing, passionate Disney enthusiasts who share her belief in pixie dust magic—and don’t mind belting out songs with her in Disney Trivia games—just like she always dreamed of!
